God Street Wine alumnus Lo Faber has announced that he will tour in support of Henry’s House, described as a ‘jam band rock opera.’ Faber will be joined by a number of notable players including the Ominous Seapods’ Tom Pirozzi, Ted Marotta and Todd Pasternack, along with Jason Crosby (Susan Tedeschi, Oteil and the Peacemakers) and opera soprano/rock-band-neophyte Angela Ford. The band, which will play both God Street Wine songs and the 24 selections from the opera, is planning to tour with a full-fledged production of Henry’s House next year. Further information about the tour and the rock opera appear at www.lofaber.com. The Lo Faber Band will perform next at moe.down on August 31. Faber also will take the stage with God Street Wine when the band reunites at Wetlands Preserve on September 3.
