After an extended period of unavailability, the first two Moon Boot Lover albums are now back in print. Live Down Deep, recorded live at Bogie’s, Albany, NY, November 19th, 1994, presents Prince with Jon Hawes on bass and the Soulive brother tandem of Alan and Neal Evans on drums and keys respectively. Moon Boot Lover’s debut, Outer Space Action, also has been reissued with Prince joined by Alan Evans on drums and Owen Yost on bass. Moon Boot Lover’s most recent disc is Back On Earth (with Prince, Hawes and Andy Herrick).
Peter Prince will play a solo set at the Summit in Mariaville, NY on August 17.
