The Slip has expanded its summer tour schedule. The band will support Les Claypools Frog Brigade for three shows: July 25 at the Theatre of Living Arts in Philadelphia, PA, July 28 at M in Pittsburg, PA and July 30 at Lupos in Providence, RI. Other dates include July 27 at the Ho-Down festival in Hannibal, NY August 5 at Nedfest in Nederland, CO, August 11 at the Berkshire Mountain Music Festival in Great Barrington, MA with moe., Strangefolk, Soulive, Steve Kimock Band, Sector 9 and Galactic, among others, and August 12 at The Newport Jazz Festival in Newport, RI. On August 25, the trio heads to Nova Scotia to perform at the Evolve Festival and will appear at OUR Festival August 31 in Obelisk, PA. The Slip will open for John Scofield September 8 at Irving Plaza in New York City. More fall dates will be announced in the coming weeks.
