Celebrated harpist Mikaela Davis is set to join Phil Lesh & Friends during the first weekend of their Phil-o-Ween residency at The Capitol Theatre on Oct. 14, 15 and 16.
The musician, known for her work beautiful interpretations of the Grateful Dead’s catalog and work with Circles Around The Sun, will join the weekend’s previously announced ensemble comprised of Phil Lesh, John Scofield, Eric Krasno, Karl Denson, Grahame Lesh and Alex Koford. It’s notable that they’ll also be joined by Ivan Neville on Oct. 14 and 16 and Steve Molitz on Oct. 15.
The following weekend (Oct. 21-23), Lesh will be joined by Goose guitarist Rick Mitarotonda, Grahame Lesh, James Casey, Natalie Cressman, Jennifer Hartswick, John Medeski and John Molo. For the final three dates, Lesh’s guests include Krasno, Grahame Lesh, Nicki Bluhm, Jason Crosby, and Tony Leone, with Marcus King will joining on Oct. 28 and 29 and Duane Betts performing on Halloween.
