Eight-string guitarist Charlie Hunter sat in with G. Love & Special Sauce at the 1st annual Langerado Music Festival, held Saturday in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Hunter emerged for Blues Music and Cold Beverage midway through the set. Later in the day, DJ Le Spam (aka Andrew Yeomanson) of the Spam Allstars joined Medeski Martin & Wood for the majority of their set, comprised mostly of improvisational excursions. The inaugural festival also included performances by moe., Mofro, the Codetalkers featuring Col. Bruce Hampton, Reverand Jeff Mosiers Ear Reverents, RAQ and Perpetual Groove.
