Brothers Past will open up a sixteen date summer tour with a performance at Rex’s in West Chester, PA this Saturday July 3. In commemoration of the tour opener and this home-area gig the band is going to transport the audience back to 2001 (sure that’s not much of a time leap but the century-spanning XT900 Time Portal is still too pricey for many developing acts). The group will perform music that it debuted in 2001 (along with, one can imagine, other songs that first emerged that year- and maybe even the stray ‘Also Sprach Zarathustra.’ The BP tour will then route to the south before returning to the northeast.
