Particle has added some additional artists to open its upcoming shows (which given the band’s proclivities may well turn yield guest appearances as well). On December 10 & 11 at the Independent in San Francisco, Karsh Kale will contribute his fusion of south Asian tabla music and electronica to the proceedings. Jumping ahead to New Year’s Eve at Irving Plaza, Japanese punks Peelander Z have been added to a twisted bill that already includes Buckethead. Meanwhile, Particle is finishing up some western dates before leaving the country for shows in the UK, France and the Netherlands during the first 5 days of December.
