Lo Faber emerged from live performance seclusion earlier this month for an evening of Beatles Covers at Hubbard Hall in Cambridge, NY. The experience seems to have induced him to return to the stage, as the former God Street Wine frontman (self-described on his web site as ‘your favorite semi-retired hippie jam rock guy’) will perform a solo acoustic gig on October 28 at Valentine’s in Albany, NY. Raisinhead will headline the show, with Faber later joining them on stage as well. The next night, he’ll travel to Revolution Hall in Troy, NY to appear with Marlow. Beyond that, the guitarist may well re-assemble the Lo Faber Band (which not too coincidentally includes members of Raisinhead and Marlow) for some shows at the end of the year.
