This evening at Sweetwater, New Monsoon will offer a rare acoustic performance. This will be the final west coast gig of the year for the San Francisco-based band, which will then head down to Clearwater, Florida to close out the year with shows on December 30 and 31 at Java Junction. New Monsoon will expand its roster for tonights show at the legendary Mill Valley venue with the addition of Railroad Earth violin player Tim Carbone (who is otherwise off until next Thursday when his group begins a stint with Honkytonk Homeslice).
