For those keeping score at home, Wakarusa is the latest festival to confirm its 2007 dates. The multi-day jamband-summit will take place from June 7-10 in Lawrence, Kansas. While the festival has not confirmed its initial lineup, Wakarusa is searching for some emerging bands. To this end, the festival will travel to 19 cities this winter and host a battle of the bands to find some of next years performers. The Wakarusa Classic will kick off January 12 in Lincoln, NE. Band looking to participate should head on over to www.wakawinterclassic.com.
