Particles Steve Molitz will spend the first Saturday night of 2008 playing Californias the Malibu Inn with an extensive mix of musicians who have collaborated together in various incarnations over the years. In addition to the keyboardist, the improv-heavy night will feature Willie Waldman (Banyan, Snoop Dogg), Molitzs recent Phil Lesh collaborator John Molo (Phil Lesh and Friends), John Avila (Oingo Boingo), Tim Kobza (Modereko) and painter Norton Wisdom. Molitz warns bring your dancin’ shoes…wet suit optional. Particle will perform at Birmingham, ALs Workplay Theatre with special guest Josh Clark this evening.
