On March 5, the Los Angeles Kings will face off against the New York Islanders when they host the NHL Eastern Conference’s Metropolitan Division members at the Crypto.com Arena. As a tie-dye feature of the match-up, the game has been dubbed LA Dead Night. Interested parties can purchase an official co-branded jersey that combines the team and band’s iconography into a one-of-a-kind piece.

The commemorative jersey features the team’s logo on both left and right shoulders, as well as the exterior circle surrounding the central emblem: the Dead’s signature dancing bear. Panels of band iconography decorate the sleeves and the lower half of the pullover, incorporating aforementioned bears in motion and distinct 13-point lightning bolts.

The NHL hosted a Grateful Dead-themed night, bringing the band’s spirit and music to rinks across the country. Previously participating teams have included the San Jose Sharks, Detroit Red Wings, Pittsburgh Penguins, Colorado Avalanche, and others.

For those interested in procuring a jersey ahead of the heated rivalry, they are available for purchase now via dead.net and can be picked up at the game on March 5.

Tickets for the LA Kings vs. the New York Islanders are on sale now.
