Music Club, the premium live music experience offering intimate events that showcase secret performances from premier talent, is expanding its reach with the launch of its New York City venture. The expansion comes a year and a half after the successful start of the initial event concept, which began at The Revelry in Charlotte, N.C. The Big Apple edition will feature membership-only concerts at the Grand Ballroom in the Manhattan Center, and opens on October 3.

According to the official website, the forthcoming East Coast chapter is “an exclusive social experience, delivering intimate, high-end live music performances. With a secretive lineup of top-tier artists, members indulge in a VIP atmosphere featuring premium cocktails, gourmet dining, and exclusive merch. Each show is a one-night-only event, designed for those who crave live music in a whole new way.”

The intent behind Music Club New York is to present a rare opportunity to see musicians perform on a smaller scale, treating members to a concert experience that feels like a private event. The musical participants are kept under wraps to maintain a surprise effect. However, past events in Charlotte have featured appearances by Mt. Joy, Wilco, Trampled by Turtles, The Wood Brothers, Goose, and more.
