SiriusXM’s Grateful Dead Channel is asking listeners and fans of the band to cast their vote and weigh in on their favorite live show from a list of top 30 concerts, now through 11:59 p.m. E.T. on March 27.

Those interested can choose up to five live shows from a culmination of 30 selections or write in their choice if a particular performance was not initially included on the list, which stretches from the group’s Nov. 10, 1967 gig at Shrine Exposition Hall in Los Angeles to Oct. 1, 1994’s Boston Garden concert. Both shows were included on 30 Trips Around The Sun.

Covering parts of the band’s 30-year history, late-60s concerts from Fillmore East and West top the list, including Grateful Dead’s Feb. 11, 1969 performance that showcased phenomenal displays of early staples and prolonged favorites, “Dupree’s Diamond Blues,” “Mountains of the Moon,” “Dark Star,” “St. Stephen,” “The Eleven,” “Caution,” “Feedback” and “We Bid You Goodnight,” one of many examples of the band’s ability to touch the audience using their arduous songbook.

The 1970s stretch a significant portion of the lineup, including the band’s 1977 golden year, the expected Cornell inclusion, and a truck up to Buffalo before the group’s May 19, 1977 gig in Atlanta, June concerts at San Francisco’s Winterland, and subsequent NYE closeouts also make the list.

During the next decade, ‘87 and ‘89 represent hotbeds before the influx of ‘90s-era performances, including Brent Mydland’s final chapter with the band.
