Love Rocks NYC has shared the initial artist lineup for its ninth annual benefit concert. Since its premiere in 2017, Love Rocks has quickly earned a reputation as a vital and unmissable evening of music among New York’s very best, and this year’s star-studded bill is no exception. On March 6, the charitable revue will host 15 icons (so far) from a variety of genres at New York’s historic Beacon Theatre, topped by Trey Anastasio, Mavis Staples and Peter Frampton.

Beyond the titanic trio of jam-scene favorites, Love Rocks NYC 2025 will feature performances from Alicia Keys, Beck, Cher, Christone “Kingfish” Ingram, Dave Stewart Eurythmics feat. Vanessa Amorosi, Eric Burton of Black Pumas, Grace Bowers, Jesse Malin, Kate Hudson, Luke Spiller, Michael McDonald, The War and Treaty and more to be announced as the event approaches. The artists will be backed by a stacked house band of Eric Krasno, Ivan Neville, Jeff Babko, Larry Campbell, Michael Bearden, Pedrito Martinez, Shawn Pelton, Steve Gadd and a six-piece horn section, as well as returning music director and bandleader Will Lee.

This year’s Love Rocks NYC staging will be hosted by Alex Edelman, Amy Schumer, Susie Essman and longtime advocate and New York royalty Tracy Morgan; in keeping with its longtime custom, attendees can expect some special guest presenters throughout the evening. As always, Love Rocks is executive produced by John Varvatos, Greg Williamson and Nicole Rechter. Proceeds from the review will benefit God’s Love We Deliver, which celebrates 40 years of preparing and providing medically tailored meals for NYC residents with serious illnesses in 2025. Since its debut, Love Rocks has raised $50 million for the organization and helped to fund 5 million meals; this year, funds will be shared with the nonprofit’s Food is Medicine Coalition peer organization Project Angel Food in L.A.

“As we prepare for the 9th Annual LOVE ROCKS NYC concert, we’re reminded of the power of music and community to create change,” said Terrence Meck, President and CEO of God’s Love We Deliver in a release. “This year is especially meaningful as God’s Love We Deliver celebrates having delivered more than 40 million meals since our founding in 1985. We are so proud of our work nourishing our neighbors affected by severe and chronic illness, and we are grateful to Love Rocks NYC for the visibility and funds it raises for God’s Love We Deliver.”

Presale tickets for this year’s benefit concert will be available through God’s Love We Deliver tomorrow, Feb. 13 at 10 a.m. ET. A general on-sale will follow on Friday, Feb. 14 at 10 a.m. ET through Ticketmaster. For information on Love Rocks NYC, visit loverocksnyc.com
