Goose have announced their return to The Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, N.Y. The impending concerts will double as a live introduction to the band’s new drummer, Cotter Ellis, who became an official member last month. The forthcoming slate of dates will occur over four nights, April 7 through 10.

As mentioned, in February, Goose officially welcomed their newest member, backbeat Cotter, who simultaneously joined the group the same day they released Ted Tapes 2024, an album featuring instrumental improvisation that served a double purpose, also functioning as a piece of Ellis’ audition process.

Last week, the Connecticut-based ensemble released Chateau Sessions pt I on their YouTube channel. The hour-and-45-minute video captures the group in the studio as they perform seasoned staples and fan-favorite material, teasing their developed sound with Cotter’s presence.

The group followed up last night, Monday, March 11, with the second installment of the Chateau Sessions series, delivering a 75-minute showcase of the group’s unique web of connectivity. Chateau Sessions Parts I and II audio can be accessed via nugs.net and Goose’s Bandcamp page.

Tickets will be made available exclusively via a lottery request system. The request period starts today, March 12, at noon ET and ends on Saturday, March 16, at 5 pm ET. Lottery winners will be notified and charged for their tickets by the evening of Tuesday, March 19.
