Fraticelli, Marscher, Mayer and Scarano will make their debut appearance at Wayne, PA’s 118 North on January 14. The new combo features bassist Jason Fraticelli, keyboardist Rob Marscher, guitarist Danny Mayer and drummer Matt Scarano. Though a new project, the musicians have crossed paths in various configurations during the years and have roots in both the Matisyahu and Disco Biscuits worlds: Fraticelli, Marscher and Scarano have all played in Matis’ band at various points while the project’s rhythm section currently performs in Disco Biscuits keyboardist Aron Magner’s SPAGA group. Meanwhile, Marscher and Mayer play with Disco Biscuits bassist Marc Brownstein in Star Kitchen.
