Coordinators of M3F Fest have announced the lineup for the 2023 edition of their non-profit-focused music festival, which gives 100 percent of proceeds to charity. The event is to take place on March 3 and 4 at Margaret T. Hance Park in downtown Pheonix, Ariz.

For 2023’s gathering, the festival will welcome headliners Maggie Rogers, Jamie xx, Polo & Pan, along with a vast range of genres from the German house producer, indie-rock band Peach Pitch, Chicago’s keyboardist and singer Neal Francis, not to be mistaken with L.A. based duo NEIL FRANCES who will also be at the festival. Other acts include Toro y Moi, Ashe, Quinn XCII, COIN, Hayden James, Becky Hill, The Jungle Giants, EVAN GIIA, Joshy Soul, Del Water Gap, Chiiild, Emmit Fenn, Pachyman, Winston Surfshirt, Darius, Bon Entendeur, Jim-E Stack, The Lagoons, The Bash Dogs, St. Terrible, Veronica Everheart, Slug Bug, and Flora ElmColon

The well-curated and musically diverse lineup will help M3F’s goal to help non-profit organizations succeed with their individual missions. 2023’s event will also see the launch of the M3F Fund, allowing non-profit or 501(c)(3) organizations to apply for a share of the proceeds from the festival. Those wishing to apply must submit a detailed plan on how they’ll use the funds raised as well as a timeline for their project. It’s of note that The M3F Fund will prioritize causes and non-profits that are related to the festival’s main focuses of community, education, arts and the environment.

“Fans that attend M3F are able to buy into something much larger than just 2 days of great music,” said Festival Manager of M3F Warner Bailey in a press release. “In 2022 alone, we were able to raise $1.2M and are going to continue to grow that number in the years to come. We launched the M3F Fund to exist as a year-round venture, leveraging the M3F platform and resources to create a tangible difference in our community. The M3F Fund exists as a 365-day ecosystem that allows us to continue our charitable efforts after the gates close. We work with each charity/non-profit throughout the year to provide updates on how the donation is being used and how fans can continue to support the causes that are important to them.”

In 2022 M3F raised $1.2 million for charity, doubling the amount from their 2020 festival. O Beneficiaries of the 2022 festival included the Backline, Habitat for Humanity Music Therapy Program from Phoenix Children’s Hospital, Artist Advocacy Foundation, United Way, Arizona Helping Hands, Saving Amy, and more.
