The Chicago Cubs have announced the return of Grateful Dead Night to Wrigley Field in Chicago on June 15. The themed event will occur when the Cubs host the San Diego Padres at the legendary Windy City ballpark later this month.
The Grateful Dead ticket special will include a special edition Grateful Dead-inspired Cubs hat, complete with the Dead’s recognizable stealie logo decked out with the Cubs emblem positioned within the legendary hollow skull.
In addition to the piece of game day memorabilia, a portion of ticket sales from the Cubs-Padres game will directly benefit the Rex Foundation, a non-profit created by the Grateful Dead family in 1983. The organization provides extensive community support to small organizations that impact the arts, education, sciences, environment and social justice.
For those interested in attending the Grateful Dead Night at Wrigley Field, tickets are on sale now and can be purchased here.
