Jack White has shared a new live video for this latest single “Taking Me Back.” The track comes off of White’s upcoming LP Fear of the Dawn which is set to release April 2022 and serves as a preview to his upcoming world tour.
The White directed the video features keyboardist Quincy McCrary, bassist Dominic Davis and drummer Daru Jones. The four men are all set to embark on White’s lengthy “Supply Chain Issues Tour” in April.
“We can do really hard-hitting stuff, and then also really gentle acoustic numbers,” White said of his soon-to-be touring band. “They’re such improvisational musicians. They really perform differently every time.”
“The Supply Chain Issues Tour” is expected to showcase White’s entire catalog with nothing off-limits. Along with Fear of the Dawn White is also set to release and support another studio album during his tour – Entering Heaven Alive will be released on July 22. The two releases mark the first solo offerings from White in four years.
