moe.’s guitarist Chuck Garvey took to social media to tell fans that he is “getting better every day.” The 51-year-old co-founder of moe. suffered a stroke back in November which lead to the band canceling a string of shows. They also put on two shows to his benefit at The Capitol Theatre, where his bandmates were joined by Warren Haynes, Aron Magner, Reid Genauer and more.

The Instagram post showed a bunch of cards he received from friends, fans and admirers wishing him well since he was hospitalized spread out on a couch. Along with holiday cards the post featured and a pin of Garvey in a Satan onesie playing saxophone. Though he didn’t elaborate on his condition further, Garvey did express his thanks and elation for the love he’s received from fans.
