Karina Rykman has announced she will be performing her debut headlining show at the Brooklyn Bowl in Brooklyn, N.Y., on Feb. 22, 2022. The American bassist is known for her work with Marco Benevento, in addition to her solo work.
“My RYKFAM! I’m too damn stoked for words. Hometown throwdown” wrote Rykman on Facebook. “It’s been a long, long time since we played a proper hometown show, and I can’t think of a better place to do it.”
2022 is looking to be an eventful year for Rykman; she’ll be joining Pigeons Playing Ping Pong after TAUK and ElephantProof for a 15-show run in March, followed by a seven-show stretch with TOO MANY ZOOZ and perform for her first time at Red Rocks Amphitheatre to open for The Infamous Stringdusters in May.
