moe. made good on their fan-voted Black Sabbath-themed Halloween show at The Fillmore Philadephia. They played three sets throughout the night, all interlaced with Black Sabbath covers and moe. originals.

Adorned in Black Sabbath costumes, moe. kicked off the show with an acoustic set. They started with Black Sabbath’s “Paranoid” and shifted between raw renditions of Black Sabbath songs and their own tracks. They played “Smoke” then “Sweet Leaf” into “Okayalright.” After which, they played the iconic Black Sabbath track “Changes.” They closed the first set with “The Bones of Lazarus.”

moe. returned to the stage plugged in and tuned up for the first of two loud and live electric sets. They kicked off the set with Black Sabbath’s self-titled track and jammed through Black Sabbath’s “Fairies Wear Boots” into “McBain.” moe. brought some gore to the table with “Sabbath Bloody Sabbath” and closed the second set with “The Wizard.”

The third set was once again a back and forth between moe. originals and Black Sabbath covers. They started with “intro” then moved seamlessly from “War Pigs” into “Buster,” then “The Mob Rules.” They closed with Black Sabbath’s “Symptom of the Universe”  > “Recreational Chemistry.”

They encored with marveling renditions of “Iron Man” and “Captain America” to bring their costumed and hallowed eve to a close.
