After scrapping plans for their 2020 live edition (and pivoting to a virtual event), organizers of the Summer Camp Music Festival are looking ahead to 2021 with mainstays like moe. and Umphrey’s McGee as well as Ween, Joe Russo’s Almost Dead, Billy Strings, Three6Mafia, Rezz, STS9, Tipper and more.
Summer Camp 2021 will take place from May 28-30, and its lineup is almost identical to the canceled 2020 version. All of the headliners are identical (save for the 2021 exclusion of GRiZ) and acts like Pigeons Playing Ping Pong, Shpongle, The Wood Brothers, Andy Frasco & The U.N., Aqueous and Kyle Hollingsworth Band have signed up once again for the Chillicothe, Ill. event.
“With the festival having been rescheduled into 2021 (due to Covid -19), we are intending to bring the same momentum into 2021,” reads an official statement from the festival. “With that being said, we’ve been working hard to keep the lineup as similar as possible and are extremely happy to announce the lineup (so far) for Summer Camp Music Festival 2021. We are still working out details of the move to 2021 with few artists and hope to also announce them soon!”
Passes for Summer Camp 2020 will be honored for 2021. If fans would like a refund the window to do so will run until July 31 at 11:59 p.m. CT.
