Bob Dylan has announced a new record, titled Rough and Rowdy Ways. The album will be released on June 19. In addition to the new album, Dylan released another new song, “False Prophet.”
Prior to “False Prophet,” Dylan released two songs: “Murder Most Foul,” a 17-minute epic chronicling the assassination of John F. Kennedy, and “I Contain Multitudes.” “Murder Most Foul” marked Dylan’s first release of any new music in eight years. In turn, Rough and Rowdy Ways is Dylan’s first album of original music in eight years.

May 13, 2020 at 10:07 amFalse Prophet is very reminiscent of the Dylan of old ………. it’s actually pretty good, even though he really can’t sing anymore, God Bless him for trying. A tad long, but still listenable ……good for him. How many 70 or 80 year olds are still even making music these days ……? only a handful……
