Shpongle will play their final full-band live shows this coming spring, when the psychedelic/trance/world music collective, led by the duo of DJ Simon Posford and Raja Ram, perform at Colorado’s Red Rocks Amphitheatre May 3–4, 2019.

“It’s bittersweet for us to announce this will be the final time we will be performing together in our entirety,” the group notes on its Facebook page, captioning the announcement video that can be viewed below. A statement on Shpongle’s website also notes, “Although this is their last full public concert, Shpongle will continue to enchant and delight with future studio recordings and album releases.”

Drummer Joe Russo also writes on his own Facebook, “This is it!!! I’m honored to have been performing with this incredible group for the better part of the last decade… I can’t think of a better place than Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre to say goodbye.”
