Marco Benevento will join Phil Lesh, Larry Campbell, Teresa Williams, Anders Osborne and Tony Leone for the two “Phil Lesh and Friends Celebrate the Cycle of Life” shows at Terrapin Crossroads on August 9 and 10. The shows and most of the lineup were announced a few weeks ago, but there was the bill also listed an unnamed special guest. Of the shows Lesh says, “What you are about to experience is not a standard rock show, we are attempting to tell a story allegorically. We ask that you come early enough to enter the hall before the start; guests arriving after the start may be asked to wait until a break in the music. The bar in the Grate Room will be closed for these shows, but the bar in the restaurant will be open.” Tickets to the shows are now on sale for $150 a piece.
