Butch Trucks will perform with Great Caesar’s Ghost at East Hampton, NY’s Guild Hall on August 1 and 2. Great Caesar’s Ghost plays “Great American Music,” including the work of the Allman Brothers Band, the Grateful Dead and their blues-based predecessors. Guild Hall is a 360 seat theater located in the Hamptons. Original Great Caesar’s Ghost guitarists Ray Penney, Bosco Michne and Larry Schmid will reunite for the performance. The rest of the band will consist of original members Ed DiCapua (drums), Larry Hunter (bass), Keith Hill (keyboards) and Mario Cruz (saxophone). Great Caesar’s Ghost’s latest album What’s Done Is Done is currently on the Jambands.com charts.
