Yo Mama’s Big Fat Booty Band kicked off its first annual Booty Band Land festival last night at Sneedville, TN’s The Sneedville Yacht Club Ranch. The event is scheduled to run through Sunday, featuring two nights of both Yo Mama’s Big Fat Booty Band and Donna the Buffalo, as well as a performance by the Big Ol’ Nasty Getdown (featuring members of the Booty Band). In addition, Booty Band Land will boast appearances by Sipe, Sears and Fountain, Gent Treadly and Steven Molitz, the Mantras, Danny Bedrosian’s Secret Army, Electrofunkadelica, The Soular System, Sci-Fi, Mad Tea Party, Ga Na Si Ta, Asheville Horns, Lefty Williams Band and Jen & the Juice, among others.

The four-day event features music on three stages, yoga, a 12 step community support session, DJ sets and workshops by Sipe, Williams and members of the Booty Band.
