Starting today, a four-week multi-artist remix contest is underway that will yield the winner a DJ performance slot at Camp Bisco VIII. Tracks from The Disco Biscuits, The Orb, John Browns Body and Telepath will be made available at ACIDplanet.com and participants can upload their remixes to be rated by visitors to the site. The highest-rated remix of each track will receive Sony ACID software and a year’s subscriptions to Mix and Electronic Musician magazines. The grand prize winner will receive a one hour DJ set at Camp Bisco. The festival will return to Mariaville, New York on July 16-18.
