Before he joined the String Cheese Incident, Kyle Hollingsworth spent a few years as a member of Maryland band Black Friday. The group released two CDs with Hollingsworth, 1990’s Can You Feel It? and 1993’s Ain’t Nobody. The keyboard player recently returned to the studio with Black Friday for its latest effort, 4. Hollingsworth appears on three tracks with the group, which issues its last studio effort in 1996 (Tom’s Back). The disc is now available, although the band will hold off until December 20 for a CD Release event, which will take place at the Towson, Maryland’s Recher Theater.
