A number of site regulars have donated live tracks to the DVD release of the HeadCount documentary _ A Call to Action_. The tracks will be used as bonus features accompanying the documentary, which follows the rise of the not-for-profit voter registration group co-founded by Andy Bernstein and the Disco Biscuits Marc Brownstein. Live tracks featured on the DVD include the Allman Brothers Bands Who to Believe (recoded at Wanee, 2007), moe.s Plane Crash (recorded at Gathering of the Vibes, 2000), the Disco Biscuits Magellan (recoded at Gathering of the Vibes, 1999), Umphreys McGees Partyin Peeps (recorded on Jam Cruise, 2007), Gomezs Bring it On (recorded at Bonnaroo, 2006) and Keller Williams Restraint (recorded on tour, 2007). Both the Allman Brothers Band and Umphreys McGees cuts were provided by the JamCam Chronicles. The DVD also features interviews with Bob Weir, Dave Matthews, Trey Anastasio, O.A.R. and Warren Haynes, among others. Look for HeadCount at shows throughout the summer and early fall.
