HeadCount will be raising money this summer through the support of a dozen musical festivals who will donate 50 cents from each ticket sale to the organization. Summer Camp, Mountain Jam, High Sierra, All Good Music Festival, Camp Bisco, and Gathering of the Vibes have all signed on for the program, which is expected to raise nearly $75,000. In addition to these six fests, the Labor Day weekend concerts at Red Rocks by The Allman Brothers Band and Bob Weir & RatDog (August 30th) and Govt Mule and Umphreys McGee (August 31st) also will contribute to the cause. HeadCount is a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization that aims to register 100,000 voters before the November elections.
