Earlier in the week, Donna Jean & the Tricksters performed at St. Louis, MO’s Lucas School House. For much of their set, the hard-touring group invited out area-resident, and Dark Star Orchestra member, Rob Koritz to play percussion on Dead-staples like ‘Brown Eyed Women,’ ‘Loose Lucy,’ ‘Samson and Delilah’ and ‘The Eleven,’ along with DJ&T originals like ‘He Said/She Said.’ Rockin’ Jake, who performs regularly with Maria Muldaur, also sat in on several selections throughout the night. Donna Jean & the Tricksters will appear at Minneapolis, MN’s The Cabooze this evening.
