The Avett Brothers and David Grisman are among the acts scheduled to appear at the first annual Chicago Bluegrass & Blues Festival. The single-day event will take place from noon until 11 PM at the Chicago Theater, benefiting the research efforts of the Chicago-based Saving Tiny Hearts Foundation and their efforts to cure birth defects.
