Earlier in the season, Umphreys McGee performed the National Anthem before a Chicago White Sox game and, in August, the sextet will show some love for another hometown hero. On August 30, Umphreys McGee will sing the National Anthem before the Chicago Cubs take on the Milwaukee Brewers at Wrigley Field. The jam-titans have also added some shows with their old friends Yonder Mountain String Band at Providence, RIs Lupos on July 27 and New Hampshires Hampton Beach Casino. On both nights, the evenings festivities will begin with a set by Brendan Bayliss and Jeff Austin and continue with non-stop music (read: no set breaks).
