A few days after he performed with Phil Lesh at New Yorks S.O.B.s Particles Steve Molitz scored an opportunity to jam with a second member of the Grateful Dead family. On Saturday BoomBox, which features Keith and Donna Jean Godchauxs son Zion, supported Particle at Detroit, MIs Magic Stick. At the end of Particles second set the members of BoomBox emerged for a jam leading out of Control. BoomBox then preceded to offer a stealth performance during Particles set break, before the evenings headliner returned for a duel-band jam based around BoomBoxs Superman. Particle will perform at Buffalo, NYs Buffalo Icon tonight.
