Drew Emmitt Band is currently touring the Mountain region as part of its annual winter trek. On Thursday the group visited a seminal bluegrass location to perform at Rollinsville, COs The Stage Stop. Two songs into the groups set Bill Nershi emerged and preceded to play with the group for the rest of the evening. The guitarist appeared on a number of familiar tunes, including Meet me in the Morning, Tangled up in Blue, and Midnight Blues. During the groups second set Yonder Mountain String Bands Adam Aijala also sat in on dobro. Drew Emmitt Band will perform at Whitefish, MTs Flanagans tomorrow.
