In November My Morning Jacket will kickoff an extended cross-country club tour in support of its forthcoming DVD, _ Okonokos_. The Kentucky-bred band will open its fall outing at Charleston, SCs The Music Farm on November 9. The group will hit markets across the country, including multi-night stands in Dallas (11/16-17) and Washington, DC (11/27-28). The groups tour is scheduled to conclude at Boston, MAs Avalon on December 2. As previously reported, , _ Okonokos_ will mix concert footage with less traditional film narratives and motifs. MMJ frontman Jim James will also kickoff a solo outing October 23 at San Francisco, CAs Palace of Fine Arts.
