The Rhythm Devils, featuring Grateful Dead percussionists Mickey Hart and Bill Kreutzmann, will close out their initial August mini-run on Saturday night August 19 at the Gathering of the Vibes. As we mentioned last week, Hart and Kreutzmann will be tapping some of the individuals who joined them in April at the Jammys/Green Apple Music Festival to appear on stage duing this tour. They have now confirmed that Mike Gordon and Steve Kimock will join them at the Vibes, along with additional guest performers (others artists who will appear at the festival on Saturday include: Bob Weir & Ratdog, Hot Tuna, New Riders of the Purple Sage, G. Love and Special Sauce and Keller Williams). The Eleventh Annual Gathering of the Vibes will take place on August 17-20 at Indian Lookout Country Club, 25 miles northwest of Albany, New York.
