Skerik has confirmed a series of west coast dates with his Syncopated Taint Septet. The group recently released its debut studio recording, Husky, named for engineer Husky Hoskulds (Tom Waits, Elvis Costello, Solomon Burke). ST7 will celebrate Husky with a free in-store performance in Seattle at Easy Street Records on August 23. After this the tour proper will begin, traveling down the coast (including a few additional free in-stores along the way) before wrapping up at Santa Monicas 14 Below on September 1.
