Bela Fleck and the Flecktones have been off the road for most of 2005 exploring a number of non-band side-projects. As previously reported, the Flekcktones will regroup for a performance on Jam Cruise in early January before hitting the road for a more extensive tour. The quartet will perform at Nashville, TNs Nashville Symphony on January 13 before heading to Richmond, VA, Asheville, NC, Greensboro, NC, Durham, NC, Jacksonville, FL, Knoxville, TN, Charleston, SC, Seattle, Portland, OR and Chico, CA. Before its hiatus, the Flecktones also completed work on its next studio album which will presumably be released sometime in early 06.
