In 1994 Steve Winwood and Jim Capaldi reformed Traffic for a five-month cross-country tour in support of its reunion album, Far From Home. On September 20, the group will release DVD highlights of the 75 date outing titled The Last Great Traffic Jam. In addition to tracks like Pearly Queen, John Barleycorn and Gimme Some Lovin’ the DVD set features a guest appearance by Jerry Garcia on guitar for Dear Mr. Fantasy. In addition to Winwood and Capaldi, this incarnation of Traffics touring band consists of Rosko Gee on bass, Randall Bramblett on saxophone, Walfredo Reyes Jr. on percussion and Mike McEvoy on guitar and keyboards.
