Bela Fleck and the Flecktones have confirmed that they will not touring next year. The group will still be creating music however, as the Flecktones are slated to complete work on a studio disc. Later this month FutureMan will release his next effort entitled Evolution de la Musique, with recordings from Jeff Coffin and Victor Wooten set for 2005. The quartet, which will perform in the coming weeks leading up to the Acoustic Planet Tour, has stated that it will resume active gigging in 2006.
