Following the delay we reported last week, the new Derek Trucks Band disc is now available on iTunes. Live at Georgia Theatre presents a performance that took place at the Athens venue on 10/23/03 with Count M’butu appearing throughout the night. Speaking of guests performances, this past Saturday at the Moon Mountain Festival in Cleveland, GA the DTB brought out a number of musicians including Jeff Coffin (‘Going Down Slow,’ and ‘Feel So Bad’), Paul Hanson (‘Hey Driver’) as well as Donna Hopkins and Johnny Neel on the set-closing ‘Joyful Noise.’
