On Friday April 30 Oteil Burbridge, Jimmy Herring, Jeff Sipe returned to the stage with Col. Bruce Hampton (Ret.) and a number of other Aquarium Rescue Unit alums including Count M’Butu and Rev. Jeff Mosier. This collaboration clearly energized the Colonel and Co., as a week and a half ago we announced that Hampton and ARU would return to the stage aboard Jam Cruise 3. However it now appears that the Zambified will have additional opportunities to see the band prior to the Cruise as the Unit has confirmed two additional gigs, on October 20 The Georgia Theatre, Athens, GA and on October 22 at the Magnolia Music Festival, Live Oak, FL.
