The Conscious Alliance, which received the Mimi Fishman Memorial Community Service Award at the 2004 Jammys, will host its second benefit show later this month. Zuvuya is confirmed for Rebel Alliance Jam 2 will take place at the Fox Theater on May 27. Zuvuya, a trio consisting of Michael Travis, Jamie Janover and Xander Greene will be joined by some additional guest performers over the course of the evening. The Conscious Alliance currently works on such worthy endeavors as Project Restoration, a food storage and delivery facility it has created on the Pine Ridge Reservation in South Dakota.
