Following three shows with Russ Lawton on drums, Strangefolk has announced that it will return to the stage for two gigs over Memorial Day weekend with Lawton once again behind the kit. The first show will take place at Boston Waves in Salisbury, MA on Saturday May 29 followed by the bands appearance at the second annual StrangeCreek Festival in Greenfield, MA (with Max Creek headlining the previous day as youve likely deduced, and many additional artists as well). The band will then pursue a more steady tour schedule in July, including stops at Bostons Harper Ferry (July 8 and 9) and the Chicken Box in Nantucket (July 19-21).
