On Sunday night at the Palace Theater in Albany, NY members of Jazz Mandolin Project took the stage with RatDog. JMP founder Jamie Masefield appeared on mandolin for a trio of songs that closed the first set: ‘El Paso,’ ‘Deep Elem Blues,’ and ‘Friend of the Devil.’ Later, mid-way through the second set, Jazz Mando trumpet player Mike ‘Mad Dog’ Mavridoglou added some to a version of ‘The Other One’ before the entire group appeared during
‘Space.’ The two bands perform again this evening at the Memorial Auditorium in Burlington, VT.
