The Gathering of the Vibes has announced the addition of James Brown to this years festival. The event is scheduled for July 10 13 at Indian Lookout Country Club in Mariaville, NY. Other new acts include Reid Genauer and the Assembly of Dust and Addison Groove Project. The festival will also feature performances by the Allman Brothers Band, Govt Mule, Karl Densons Tiny Universe, Dickey Betts and Great Southern, Derek Trucks Band, Keller Williams and Particle.
While Brown is new to the Vibes, he has collaborated with members of Karl Densons Tiny Universe. During Dave Matthews Bands December 21 concert at Madison Square Garden, KDTU and James took the stage for Sex Machine.’
